We store our products in our warehouses globally (USA, Europe, and Asia), and send them to our local warehouses.

CAN YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE THE PHILIPPINES?
For people who want to order from us internationally, please visit our International Store.
However, not all of our products in SpecSafe Inc. are available in our International Store. Also, a lot of our products in our International Store are not available locally.

CAN I STILL CANCEL MY ORDER?
If your package is not yet sent from our warehouse, we can still cancel it. However, if the package has already been handed over, cancellation is no longer possible.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES IN MY ORDER?
If your package is still in the warehouse, you can request for changes by contacting our Live Chat Technical Support Team. However, if the package is already on its way, changes cannot be accepted. You may place new orders instead for additional orders.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER OR EXCHANGE IT TO SOMETHING ELSE?
